Payment is due monthly in advance, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

A 10-day grace period is provided after the due date. After this, a 5% late fee will be added monthly until payment is made.

Failure to make timely payment may result in service suspension.

No refunds will be given for early cancellations.

Free trials may be offered at our discretion and terms will be communicated in writing if granted.

Either party may cancel with 1 month’s written notice before the next billing cycle.

SECTION 5 – OPTIONAL TOOLS AND INTEGRATIONS

We may provide access to third-party tools and integrations (e.g., WhatsApp, payment gateways, calendar systems). These are provided “as is” and we bear no responsibility for their functionality or availability.

SECTION 6 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS

We are not responsible for examining or evaluating third-party websites or materials linked from our site, and we assume no liability for them.

SECTION 7 – USER CONTENT AND FEEDBACK

Our total liability is limited to one (1) month of subscription fees.

SECTION 13 – TERMINATION

These Terms remain in effect unless terminated by either party. You may terminate at any time by ceasing use of our Services.

If you fail to comply with these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your account immediately.

SECTION 14 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or Services following updates constitutes acceptance of those changes.
