Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 02 Sept 2025

At Bellix Labs Pte Ltd (UEN: 202517869K), we provide software subscriptions, automation systems, and related services. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled.


1. Cancellations

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Either party may cancel by giving one (1) month’s written notice before the next billing cycle.

Cancellations must be sent in writing to [email protected].


2. Refunds

No refunds will be provided for partial months, unused services, or early termination.

Free trials may be offered at our discretion, and once a paid subscription begins, it is non-refundable.

One-time setup or onboarding fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.


3. Failed or Late Payments

A 10-day grace period is provided after the due date.

After this, a 5% late fee will be added monthly until payment is made.

Failure to pay may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of services.


4. Billing Disputes

Any disputes relating to invoices or billing errors must be raised within seven (7) days of the invoice date.

After this period, invoices will be deemed final and payable in full.


5. Exceptional Cases

In rare cases where a billing error occurs on our part, we will investigate and, if appropriate, process a refund to the original payment method.
